You must adhere to all the Terms and Conditions to avoid any unavoidable circumstances in the future.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
We provide both online and remote support. Our support includes:
✅ 3 (Three) Days Onsite Support per year
✅ 50 (Fifty) Hours Online-Remote Support per year
The Server Charge is ₹30,000 + GST (for a part of a dedicated server), and the Support Charge is ₹20,000 + GST per year.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). The subscription will be valid for one year from the date of availing the service. The payment for renewal must be made 7 days prior to the expiry date to ensure uninterrupted service. Failure to make the payment on time will result in automatic service suspension.
This is an automated service. If you fail to make the payment before the due date, the service will be automatically blocked by the server.

To reactivate the Service, a minimum of 1 (One) Business Day will be required after payment confirmation.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by EpicWave Technologies.
We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that EpicWave Technologies shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available through any such websites or services.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 15 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
